We invite you to a warm and loving atmosphere where we
Worship together, Fellowship together and Grow together in our journey as Christ’s Disciples.

Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord. Psalm 117
A father’s love is a wonderful thing. There is no one that is a bigger cheerleader for their children than a father. Fathers usually sit quietly in the background and watch on with pride and joy as they see their children winning in life. Sure, they are probably the person that was hardest on you, but they were the ones that wanted to bring out the best in you. They do not want to see you fail. They do not want to see you make mistakes that they have made. Fathers truly want to see you do better than they did in every single aspect of life. A father’s love is really special.
The fact is we have a Father in heaven who loves us even more than our earthly fathers. Our Father in heaven is the Creator of all things including each and every one of us. Our Father in heaven is the One who saw us in despair and living a life of sin that could only lead to death. Our Father in heaven is the One who shed his grace upon us through the life, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our Father in heaven that gave us the grace that saves us through our faith in the Son which has promised to leave his Holy Spirit with us.
So, as we remember our earthly fathers this month, let us be ever mindful and thankful for our Father in heaven who deserves all our praise, honor, and glory for he is gracious and merciful to us all who have listened to his call and responded with repentance of sin, confession of Jesus as Lord, and believed God has raised Jesus from the dead. When we put our faith in Christ and Christ alone, we are saved. Praise the Lord.
Blessings, Pastor Allan Shedd
