We invite you to a warm and loving atmosphere where we
Worship together, Fellowship together and Grow together in our journey as Christ’s Disciples.

He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. Matthew 28
Mary Magdalene and the other Mary have a very busy morning ahead of them. The Sabbath is over and it is time for them to go to the tomb and prepare the body of Jesus. This is a sad occasion for the women. They go to the tomb wondering what will become of everything. The One whom would restore everything was now dead and the dread of today and tomorrow is on them. The despair is almost to much to handle. And then it happens. They come to the tomb to find that Jesus is not in the tomb. That dreaded place they were going to did not hold Jesus. At first they wondered what could have happened and then an angel of the Lord speaks to them and tells them that Jesus has risen from the dead. He is risen just as He said He would. Just at the lowest moment of their lives, they were reassured in the resurrection of our Savior that He lives and through our faith in Him we know in our darkest days Jesus is alive and we have salvation. We should all remember that the grave could not hold Him. And because that grave could not hold Him we have eternal life through our faith in Jesus and Jesus alone. On our most dreaded of days we know we have a Savior. So, take heart, HE IS RISEN.
